Perfect Stay! Totally recommend 10/10
9.0The location is incredible, 10/10. Almost all subway and bus lines are just a block away or less. You can easily walk to Columbus Circle and Central Park, as well as Times Square. Within 20 minutes, you can get almost anywhere by subway, from Brooklyn and Roosevelt Island to the Financial District and Chelsea. The location is truly perfect. I also want to highlight the cleanliness. The bathroom was IMMACULATE, and I’m very demanding when it comes to this, so it definitely exceeded my expectations. As for the room, it’s small but very functional. The fridge worked incredibly well — it even froze things! The entire front desk team was wonderful and very attentive. I especially want to highlight Derek and Keenan, who were kind enough to give us an early check-in at no extra cost and then kept our luggage for us after check-out until it was time for us to leave. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.
− The only reason I’m giving you a 9 instead of a 10 is that I really think the room lighting could be improved. It was a bit uncomfortable because you could barely see anything. We had to turn on the bathroom light just to be able to see a little better. Of course, this doesn’t affect the overall service, but I’d take away that one point for the experience. It’s such a simple detail to improve, and making this change would make the experience perfect.
