9.0La colazione è un plus in quanto non tutte le strutture la offrono. Scelta discreta sia di dolce che di salato. Menzione d'onore per la macchina dei waffle e per la gentilezza dello staff della colazione.
− Gli arredi della stanza (soprattutto il divano) sono un po' datati. Aggiungerei una sedia nella zona cucina

Great budget hotel in the centre of Chicago
7.0The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the river walk, magnificent mile etc. Very central downtown Chicago. Plus there was a train station and bus stops on the doorstep so you could get anywhere in the city as the public transport is very good. The staff were on the whole very friendly and accommodating. We got a free upgrade to our room which was lovely. Everywhere was very clean. The waffles at breakfast were 10/10.
− The rooms were quite outdated, however well maintained. The pool was quite small and shallow, plus the gym didn’t have lots of equipment but enough to get a basic workout in. Breakfast wasn’t the best. The best part was the waffles and they didn’t have them on the weekend :(

10.0The front desk, breakfast crew (especially Ms. Lacey & Mr. Jeremy), and front door attendants were so friendly and kind and also helped my disabled husband. We really enjoyed the hotel facility and location as well. Thanks! Diane Haselroth & Patrick McCoy
