8.0We have enjoyed the staff who was very helpful and nice to us. The hotel is perfectly located downtown Chicago, we walked everywhere!
− The pool could be a bit warmer and the pool deck could be renovated.

− I’ve had an issue with the management that could have been managed differently, it was all dishonest. If your stay don’t need any change of what was planned I do recommend stay here.

8.0L’emplacement idéal dans le loop et à proximité de la Michigan street. La chambre grande et le coin cuisine très adapté pour la famille. La salle de sport et la piscine très appréciable
