10.0Fantastiskt läge och bekvämt rum. Litet men hade allt. Härlig kvalitet i handdukarna och många! Skön säng, tyst trots att det ligger mitt i stan. Snabbt WiFi. Bra med gratis kaffe/te och filtrerat vatten. Mycket trevlig personal.
− Gillar inte heltäckningsmattor generellt och den som låg i mitt rum var mycket fläckig. Glad jag hade med mig tofflor från ett annat hotell.
Its OK but probably wouldn’t stay there again
6.0Good location- easy to walk to Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, Downtown Crossing, Long Wharf etc. Free tea, coffee, water, sparkling water available in ‘Club Lounge’ and water/ice available near our room.
− As hotel is located in a predominantly ‘business’ area there are very few eating places open locally in the evening. We ate in the hotel ‘pub’ once but the food wasn’t great. Our ‘Deluxe’ Bedroom was small as was bathroom (though shower was ok and towels were soft). ‘Wardrobe’ was only a small cupboard with some hangers and some drawers inside. Bed was small (but comfortable). The room was classed as ‘deluxe’ because it had a small refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso machine. Used cups weren’t always replaced when room was cleaned. Also, there are no safes in the bedrooms. There is a safe deposit box facility at Reception which is free- but not ideal.

Terrific location, good value.
8.0Staff was lovely and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly serviceable. Free water - sparkling and still - in the lobby was really helpful. Attached restaurant was super easy and great for late night snacks and drinks and early breakfast.
− Travelers should note that there was no safe or fridge in the room - I stored medications via the front desk.
