10.0It's gorgeous and the staff is great.
− It's a little bit dated and not perfectly taken care of on the inside (flimsy power outlets, that make charging your phone tricky, wallpaper, peeling off the walls, toilet seat cover, kept together by scotch tape), that makes it feel overpriced. It's a luxury building, not a luxury hotel. Breakfast was nothing special too.
