A poorly maintained property disguised by cosmetic renovations, with concerning floors, excessive squeaking, and an over
1.0How noisy and squeaky everything is, such an authentic old sound
− The property was extremely disappointing and is in desperate need of a complete renovation. The shower was so squeaky and unstable that I genuinely felt like I might fall through the floor while using it. The flooring throughout the entire room was uneven, and you could clearly see where the floor joists and underlying supports were causing the floor to sag. It felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The bed was also incredibly squeaky, making noise with even the slightest movement. The bathroom provided what appeared to be the same generic soap for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash rather than separate products. To make matters worse, there was practically no parking available. My biggest concern is that the property appears to have received only cosmetic improvements. It looks like they covered up the problems with attractive finishes and superficial upgrades instead of addressing the underlying structural and maintenance issues. The pictures may make the property look nice, but the actual experience tells a completely different story. This place needs serious repairs, not just another coat of paint. I would not recommend staying here until these issues are properly addressed.

5.0Staff are friendly and accommodating. but the room we got which was a handicap room didn't even have a rack to hang our clothes. The staff finally installed one. The shower head should be a handheld one and not fixed according to the height of a person sitting on a shower chair.
