Lovely property, pretty location, staff needs training. Except Dwight-he’s great!
5.0We upgraded to a suite that was clearly down fir maintenance. It was filled with bees-literally like 40- on the 22nd floor. WiFi was horrible and insecure! An open network for guests???? Staff was fairly clueless about the surrounding area except for Dwight the bellman. Overall it’s a lovely property, but it needs help.
− Wifi. Secure network. No need in rooms. Daily housekeeping! We didn’t get service.

− Breakfast overpriced and poor quality; games (pool) room staffed by drunken/hung-over man smelling of cigarettes, who slept on couch while we there there; few electrical outlets in room
