− We got ground floor which was actually below street level, due to the hilly location. The parking was very expensive. 55$ a day

The hotel was not a 4 star hotel in my book. That being said, it was clean and the staff were pleasant and responsive.
6.0Location-close to the Spanish consulate The restaurant upstairs was nice. I just had tea there one evening but the waitstaff was attentive and the place was attractive
− I did not think the property was a 4 star hotel. I have stayed at other 4 star hotels through Booking and this missed the mark. It reminded me of a Hampton Inn. Clean but bare bones
