10.0Potřebovali jsme narychlo ubytování na Praze 7 na jednu noc a neměli velká očekávání. K našemu překvapení jsme dostali velmi hezký pokoj, který měl sice okna do ulice, ale to nám vůbec nevadilo - tramvaje je nenápadně hučely kdesi dole a my prospali klidně celou noc. Mile mě prekvapila i možnost instantní kávy s mlékem na pokoji, jsem zvyklá, že bývá max čaj. Paradox pro mě je, že za stejnou cenu jsme nedávno v Liberci dostali podstatně horší pokoj. Tento byl pěkný, čistý, postele i polštáře pohodlné. Klimatizace neocenitelná. Snídaně nabízela asi vše, co by měla, a obsluha na recepci byla naprosto úžasná a ochotná. Hotel celkově moc hezký a pro nás velmi strategicky umístěný. Určitě se sem ještě vrátíme.
− Sprcha s pevnou hlavicí ve zdi byla nepříjemná, zvlášť pro malého syna. Využili jsme ale jednorázové čepice na vlasy, které pokoj nabízí.

− Our stay was very disappointing due to several serious issues. On our first night, the evacuation alarm went off and the whole hotel had to stay outside for about an hour, in their sleeping clothes. It was cold, and we received no information during the evacuation or afterwards about what had happened or how serious the situation had been. The next day, there was no water from 11:00 to 13:00, with no warning in advance. When we went to ask about it, the receptionist said that we should have showered before 11 and that we had had enough time. There were no apologies whatsoever. Of course, we understand that unexpected situations can happen, but guests should be informed and warned in advance whenever possible. Then, when we returned to our room at 13:00 to take a shower, the door was open and some workers were inside our room mounting a TV on the wall. Once again, there had been no warning or notification in advance. We then had to wait for about half an hour for them to finish and leave before we could use our room and take a shower. Overall, it was not the problems themselves that were most disappointing, but the complete lack of communication, advance notice and apology from the hotel staff.
