Very enjoyable stay but need more staff on front desk and airport shuttle should be free.
9.0Hotel was clean, comfortable and overall, good value for money. Food was ok - nothing to write home about but the wait staff were super friendly and helpful and made my son and I feel very welcome. My son and I also really enjoyed the pool and it was pretty cool to see the planes zooming overhead.
− The only thing that I disliked and found very annoying was that the hotel was very busy and there was only ever one member of staff on the front desk, which meant a lot of standing around waiting. They need to have two or more staff on the desk when the hotel is fully booked and the conference centre is also busy. And , the 8 dollar airport shuttle was a bit much considering nearby hotels such as The Hilton provide a free service.
