7.0We loved the robes in the room, loved the blackout curtains. Location is great , staff are kind.
− Bed sheets were very stiff. Toilet made a noise for 1-2 minutes after each flush , couldn't flush during the night it was to loud. There wasn't adequate bedding in room for pull out bed. Staff quickly brought us some as soon as we asked.

9.0Hotel molto confortevole. La stanza molto grande, i letti comodissimi, il bagno con tutti i prodotti. L'angolo cottura molto carino, il piano cottura un po piccolo ma siamo comunque riusciti a cucinare. Lavastoviglie comodissimo con dotazione di detersivo. La stanza ben insonorizzata. La colazione senza infamia e senza lode. Se arrivate in macchina, potete parcheggiare temporaneamente per scaricare i bagagli. Se arrivate con auto a noleggio Avis e dovete come noi riconsegnare è comodissimo, a pochi passi. Dall'hotel con i mezzi pubblici potete raggiungere facilmente l'aeroporto internazionale, il Capilano e a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata potete arrivare a Stanley Park. Se volete cucinare c'è un supermercato ben rifornito vicino.
