10.0− Der Safe ist defekt...auch nach mehrmaligem Hinweis gelang es nicht ihn zu reparieren...dann sollte man vielleicht überlegen einen neuen zu installieren...bei der Rate wäre es bestimmt kein Problem.

10.0Der Bayerische Hof ist sicherlich ein außergewöhnliches Hotel. Alles passt zusammen auf dem höchsten Niveau. Zimmer, Räumlichkeiten, Bar, Restaurants, Frühstück, Lage, und Service sind super und es gibt so gut wie nichts zu kritisieren. Hier kann man einfach nur eine 1 mit Stern vergeben.
− Nur eine kleine Sache war nicht ganz ideal. Unser Gespäck wurde aufgrund hektischem Betriebs bei der Anreise ins falsche Zimmer gebracht und es war dann ein etwas aufregender Moment (sowohl für den Concierge als auch für uns) bis alles wieder bei uns war.
