4.0The room was clean. Staff were polite. Location near Ost Banhof is convenient.
− Don't be seduced by photos of the big wheel and modern touches of interior design: this is a very basic hotel, maybe two star and certainly no more than three. It has aggressively dynamic pricing - when demand is low or you book early, it can be cheap, but if, like us, you only book a month in advance on a holiday weekend, you'll end up overpaying for a pretty crappy room. Our 'family' room was a small double room with two uncomfortable camp beds squeezed into it. Even the double bed was not comfortable. There is no controllable air con - maybe a central building system but our room was stuffy and hot and we couldn't do anything about it. The bathroom was a bit of a joke: no shower cubicle, so the floor gets soaked when someone takes a shower. Very mediocre, low pressure shower, too. Instant coffee sachets only, no milk. Basically, this place presents itself as a boutique hotel and charges accordingly, but has very basic facilities. For the money, you can do better elsewhere. I regret booking here.

9.0Fabulous hotel in a trendy area. Room was very comfortable with big window, bench and very clean and modern bathroom. Located 5 min walk to train station with shops nearby. Staff were very welcoming and nice reception area.
