6.0The proximity to Fisherman’s Wharf. Very clean and tidy hotel.
− The air conditioning system is extremely close to the bed. It makes it impossible to sleep on the bed (if you have a room with 2 beds) when the AC is on. It was freezing and loud. Also had a room on second floor next to street and requested to change rooms as the noise was loud from outside during the night. Moved to the 4th floor facing courtyard and it was much better.
