3.0The staff was amazing and did everything they could to make the stay as pleasant as possible.
− Asked for a non-smoking room and was placed in a smoking room. Staff did everything they could to make it right. Moved me to another room that was non-smoking; however, the previous tenant smoked in the bathroom. The mattress was so worn that it felt like I was sleeping on the box spring, and I'm only 200 pounds. The entire facility was dirty and run-down. The staff was amazing and did everything they could to make the stay enjoyable.
Great room, the room is spacious. Great front desk.

− Example for this day: US$72,00 and your tax are 12.5%, it is absurd!. The fee amount is very high.
Don't stay here. Do yourself a favor and go to a different hotel.
1.0Really the only good thing is that it's a 5 minute drive from Universal. That's literally it.
− The rooms are INFESTED with roaches. I'm talking about I walked into my room and wasn't even in there for 30 seconds and came across 2 roaches with one of them being inside the refridgerator. Ended up killing 7 roaches and two of them being on the bed. We were only going to stay for one night so we just powered through the night and plugged our ears.
