Nice hotel in the center of Nice
8.0The hotel is located in the center of Nice, close to the beach and the train station. Cozy, modernly equipped room with air conditioning. Friendly staff. Breakfast with a sufficient selection of food. Good price/quality ratio.
− The central air conditioning unit located at the back of the building is quite noisy, which is not pleasant at night and disturbs sleep. The windows do dampen the noise, but not completely. We had the unit directly under the window of room 204 and the reception was happy to exchange it for a better located room 306. The hotel could consider investing in soundproofing this air conditioning unit.Even though the guests weren't very considerate when returning to their rooms at night.

Everything in walking distance, 7min from metro/tram stop towards city center or airport, 15min to the beach, 10 mins to main train station, 3 mins to big Monoprix shop, 10mins to main square with plenty of food and drinks available. Friendly staff, appreciate they let us use the shower after we checked out and went to the beach for one last time.
− I take 1 point off for breakfast, as I would appreciate more options especially if you stay for a week like me. Very repetitive
