A Very Disappointing Experience

− The hotel was undergoing construction work that continued throughout both afternoons I spent there, making it impossible to rest. Despite repeated complaints, including by email, no effective action was taken. I was upgraded to a suite, which I appreciated, but the drilling and hammering continued there as well. Ultimately, the upgrade solved nothing, and the lack of meaningful response made me feel that my concerns were simply not being taken seriously. A deeply disappointing experience for a hotel of this standard.
