10.0The location was Chicago. The atmosphere and room were amazing. The service went beyond my expectations thanks to Ahmad, Myron and other staff. I was in town to meet up with my family to celebrate my birthday. I will definitely stay at this hotel again thanks to the care we received from Ahmad and Myron.

10.0Excellent service by Ahmad and Jackie. We had a brief problem with air conditioning and the maintenance guy was prompt and friendly. Dinner at Tavern on Tush was excellent too. Location is young and vibrant. Highly recommend
