Great location
7.0The hotel was in a great location, easy walk to the river and Michigan ave and overall chicago. Comfortable and soft bed, could have done with better pillows. Slightly early check in however wasn't able to access the early check in as per all the information provided by emails which was disappointing given we arrived early and had told the hotel in advance. Overall great stay and would recommend.
− Early check in was not as advertised but still able to access an earlier check in. Pillows were very soft and flat.
Brilliant stay and fantastic location

− Was perfect, on minor criticism was the lifts were very slow to arrive from lower floors.
