A relaxing stay in the heart of the US capital.
9.0The room was very spacious, comfortable, well-designed and well-equipped. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly (without exception). The hotel's location is excellent, being really near cafes, bars, restaurants and shops, as well as the subway, Capitol Hill and the National Mall.
− The restaurant was undergoing renovation, so it was unavailable during our stay. If I wanted a cooked breakfast (which only happened once, to be fair), I had to go out. However, the complimentary food at the breakfast bar was more than adequate, and there were various food outlets mere minutes from the hotel, which meant it wasn't really a problem.
Wish I could have stayed longer!
10.0FIrst and foremost, the room was very clean and comfortable. A great place to rest and prepare for the day. But the staff!!!! Wonderful service from check in to check out. Happy hour refreshing local drinks, extra bottles of water, offers to help with luggage and ease of check in check out. They were just so nice and helpful. I will be back!
− Nothing to say here. I travel a lot and this was one of my favorites!
