9.0Everything was fantastic! The location is superb, you can easily walk everywhere. It is located in a nice and elegant area of Madrid, really close to everything, there is also a shop, pharmacy etc. close. The hotel is wonderful, elegant, an older building full with history, but nicely refurbished. The breakfast was excellent, so is the restaurant downstairs. The staff is very helpful.
− Despite the soundproof windows the street noise could be heard. This is a traffic joint point, the cars are OK, but the ambulance or police cars were running extreme lot. Despite that I could sleep quite well, the beds are very comfy also.

The stay was generally very good.
8.0Breakfast room was a bit small and crowded at times. Location was good but a bit noisy with sirens during the night. Room was a bit on the small side.

A real value for money experience in a high end 4 star hotel 10 minutes walk from the Prado Museum.
9.0Excellent check in , in English. Single room with balcony snug but comfortable. Easy to use hotel app in ordering room service from the small but excellent onsite restaurant located on the ground floor : made to feel welcome . Extremely professional staff in all areas . A wide array of breakfast options in a well appointed dining area. Omelettes and the like ordered directly from waiting staff. Early morning fixed fee taxi to airport booked ahead at no extra cost , 24 hr front desk service , took a weight of my mind at 3.15 am in the morning.
− A few more towels in the bathroom and an extra blanket for the early winter chill . Wi fi a touch sketchy .
