10.0The location was perfect for Central Paris, the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel was to a superior standard. The little welcome notes and leaving notes plus gifts were extra special and added a little touch out quality to the trip. All staff were extremely attentive and would pull out all of the stops to assist whenever required.
− We had a slight hiccup at the start of our trip whereby a cot we requested had been booked out by another traveller and therefore was not put in our room. However, the staff very kindly upgraded our rooms to superior (they explained we would probably need the extra room) and promised to have the cot in there by the following day. They acted on this quickly and we were really appreciative of their efforts.
