Truly professional staff
10.0The room was quiet and well designed. I enjoyed all the amenities that the hotel provided. It was apparent that a lot of thought went into design and decoration enhancing our stay.
It was overall good. Staff was friendly and the location was convenient for the purpose of our visit
8.0The location is convenient
− Parking was expensive if you park at the location adjacent to the hotel. Good luck if you try to move three lanes to the left turn on the next street if you want to get to the cheaper “associated” parking area which about a half block or so away. I get it, it’s Vancouver but the room rate vs size of room was a shocker. We were there only one night so it wasn’t a big deal but it sure feels like the $ per square foot is unbalanced.

− The elevator was small, no staff helped or the stairs were hard, not accessible. For this price, I would rather stay somewhere else
