9.0Le surclassement d'une chambre simple à une chambre double. Le confort de la chambre. Les savons Nuxe dans la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. La piscine. L'amabilité de tout le personnel. Le service bagagerie. La clim. L'eau citronnée en libre service à l'accueil.
− L'eau de la piscine non chauffée. Le service de nettoyage n'est pas passé le matin, mais après midi, lorsque nos étions rentrés et dans la chambre.
Bien mais ne vaut pas 4 étoiles, c’est plutôt un 3 etoiles
6.0La piscine est vraiment sympa, le lit de la chambre est génial, et le petit dej est super aussi !
− Je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude alors que je suis allée le dire à la réception ! Il n’y avait de l’eau chaude que le matin mais jamais à partir de la fin d’après-midi donc toutes mes douches le soir après la piscine étaient tièdes. Pour autant, on ne m’a pas changée de chambre. De plus, il n’y a clairement pas assez de transats autour de la piscine, c’était la guerre tous les jours ! Les gens s’installaient par terre ou repartaient. De plus, il n’y a aucune surveillance de la part de l’hôtel, du coup un groupe de jeunes buvait et fumait dans la piscine, ce qui n’était clairement pas hygiénique.
