Disappointing
3.0− Roof was not clean, glasses in bathroom dirty. Fridge had been removed. Only half a toilet roll. Towels just dropped in bathroom. Basically looked like room has not been cleaned

1.0Nothing it was the worst hotel to stay in so far
− We stayed for three nights, and apart from replacing the towels, the room was essentially never cleaned. Water was not replenished, used cutlery and glasses were left in the room, and basic items had to be requested repeatedly. On several occasions, I had to chase staff multiple times for simple things such as spoons and drinking glasses, eventually having to go down to reception myself to remind them. The hotel itself feels very run-down and does not justify its 4-star rating. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, leaving us with backaches in the morning. Breakfast was equally disappointing. An omelette was simply unavailable, the pancake machine worked one day and was out of service the next, and tables and chairs were not properly cleaned. Overall, this was a horrible experience and certainly not what I expected from a 4-star Marriott hotel
