9.0Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit - wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Smalltalk hat uns immer gut getan. Das Schwimmbad, die Saunen, der Fitnessraum....sehr gut.
− Der Roomservice war nicht so gut. Wir mußten desöfteren auf ein paar Dinge aufmerksam machen, wir hatten an einem Tag keine sauberen Tassen bzw. Gläser auf dem Zimmer, wir mußten darauf aufmerksam machen das Schrank- und Tischoberflächen gereinigt werden könnten, im Badezimmer fehlten an einem Tag Handtücher. Die Zimmersauberkeit hat Luft nach oben. Da wir im Sommer schon einmal dort waren fiel uns auf das der damals schon kaputte Aufzug anscheinend immer noch kaputt war und dann fiel auch noch der zweite Aufzug aus. Wir waren im ersten Stock mit unserem Zimmer, dass war gut

10.0Die Lage war sehr gut. Das personal war sehr nett. Es war alles in Ordnung . Frühstück war auch sehr gut und viel Auswahl.
− Der Lift ist am zweiten Tag kaputt gegangen und es wurde nicht mehr repariert. Die Zimmer wurden auch nicht jeden Tag geputzt. Erst als wir es verlangt haben wurde dann nur Bett gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Mehr wurde auch nicht gemacht.
