6.0Die Lage, gute Anbindung zur U Bahn
− Das Badezimmer sah nicht mehr so gut aus, schon leicht schimmelig an den Silikonrändern bei der Badewanne und das Zimmer sah sehr altmodisch aus und dazu kommt noch das ich es schon recht teuer finde 20€ für einen Parkplatz pro Nacht zu zahlen.

3.0Die freundliche Begrüßung und das Frühstück.
− Das Ambiente des Hauses und das Personal an der Bar. Zum Teil sehr unfreundlich. Das Bad im Hotelzimmer war nicht ansprechend. Vielleicht sollte man die Amaturen in der Wanne auswechseln oder die Wanne durch eine Dusche ersetzen. Kosmetiktücher waren leer. Was zeigt, daß nicht gründlich gereinigt wird.

3.0Muy mala experiencia, falta de aseo en la habitación, tarjetas se desmagnetizan, el servicio de desayuno estaba incluido para las dos habitaciones, en el hotel dijeron que no estaba incluido y querían cobrar 20€, por persona, un robo!, pésima predisposición del personal de conserjería, entre los idiomas que ofrecía el establecimiento estaba el español, no tenían idea, a duras penas sabían utilizar un traductor, pedimos una cena de tres platos trajeron uno no pedido, una pizza quemada, unas papas con cremas cruda, RECLAMAMOS al mozo quien se MUY MALA FORMA DIJO QUE HABIA QUE PAGAR,pedimos hablar con el JEFE quien habló con mi hijo en inglés, y le dijo que por "CORTESIA" NO DEBIAMOS PAGAR NADA, una hora más tarde a mi nuera que estaba fumando fuera del hotel la fueron a buscar, porque es alemana y la AMENAZARON CON LLAMAR A LA POLICIA SI NO PAGABA LA CENA, ella le avisó a mi SEÑORA quién canceló lo que se nos había dicho que NO IBA A SER COBRADO.una VERGÜENZA, EL MAL RATO Y MAL TRATO FUE DE TERROR.LA PILETA EL AGUA CASI TIBIA,S8N BATA NI OJOTAS, LOS DISPENSER DE JABON Y CHAMPU NO ANDABAN, QUISIMOS PEDIR NOS LLEVARAN BEBIDAS Y NOS DIJERON QUE FUERA A LA RECEPCION. CARO, PESIMA ATENCION, SI BOOKING NO ME DEVUELVE EL DINERO HAGO LA DENUNCIA EN DEFENSA DEL CONSUMIDOR
