− The room, while comfortable, was not a Junior suite. It was a lovely average sized hotel room with a bathroom.
Great location, nice employees, but hallways and lobby could use an update

− Hallway rugs were dirty, and hallway were a little dinged up. TV didn't work at all and couldn't stream.
It was fine and staff is responsive to our needs.
8.0Location and previous stays at Lincoln Hotel makes it familiar. Allows us to bring our dog.
− Not quite as clean one set of towels. Had to go to front desk for bedding . Hot in the hallways and loud pounding music from the rooftop bar . Room wasn’t ready and had to settle for a different room at check in
We fell in love with Lincoln Park
8.0The room was small but well equipped and the lake view and view of the surrounding area was nice. We loved the roof top bar and the complimentary beverages, and coffee the next morning.

2.0Would not recommend. For the price, the hotel was old and rundown. Sink and shower drains did not work properly. Wall A/C units turned on and off all night waking me up. And there was no cold water from any faucet, only hot. My friend on the 3rd floor had the same issue.
High price for a motel-like "hotel."
6.0Rooms were not up do date. Carpeted rooms did not feel as clean as they should be. Price was very high compared to the offerings of this hotel.
