2.0− The room was sandwiched between the elevator and housekeeping. The room shook everytime there was someone on the elevator. Housekeeping was noisy next door and the room smelled bad as did the water. It wasn't Wyndham quality at all. Never again.

1.0Convenient location to many attractions and parks.
− Our room’s toilet malfunctioned and flooded. We were eventually moved to a new room, but only after asking several times to get it confirmed — the initial suggestion was that we wait in the room while repairs happened, which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel. When we asked whether laundry could be comped, since our clothes were soiled by the overflow, we were shouted at rather than answered. We were happy to pay; being yelled at for asking is another matter. Paying isn’t the issue. Having to manage the staff through their own equipment failure is.

8.0great value. The staff, including the receptionist, housekeeping, grounds maintenance and security were all very professional and responsive/respectful. The receptionists in particular were extremely helpful and excellent. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The furniture was scuffed/ worn but the linens were fresh and very clean. Loved the pool, jacuzzi, exercise room, bathroom was huge, and laundry facilities were great. Breakfast was tasty, excellent eggs, fresh made yoghurt, and had just about everything. We would definitely stay there again.
− The parking was not good for big/ taller cars like vans or trucks. We had some difficulty finding parking. The neighborhood was a little sketchy with poor people living on the streets and a cannabis dispensary right behind the building.
