Die reinste Katastrophe beim Check-In und höchste Unprofessionalität.
1.0− Leider hat sich das Personal als höchst unprofessionell und unbeholfen erwiesen. Das Check-In war katastrofal. Ich habe das Zimmer für eine andere Person gebucht und auch deren Namen angegeben. Die Gäste sind ist sehr spät , sprich um 1 Uhr morgens und erschöpft angekommen. Ich habe das Hotel darüber informiert. Beim Check-In tauchten aber etliche Probleme auf: die Reception hatte die Ankunft trotz meiner Nachricht nicht auf dem Radar. Zuerst wurde gesagt, es sei das falsche Ibis-Hotel. Danach fand man die Reservation nicht. Danach fand man die Zahlung nicht. All dies, obwohl Reservationsbestätigung, Zahlungsbestätigung und Kreditkartenbelastung vorlagen. Das ganze Check-In dauerte 1 ganze Stunde. Das Mindeste was Sie tun können, wäre es die Hälfte der Zimmerpreises zurückzuerstatten.

− Smell of urine outside hotel Bathroom Bigger people would not be able to get in the shower. Barman thought it amusing by putting on mock cockney accent when he thought I was English. Overfamiliar as he'd just met me.

1.0部屋は清潔。
− フロントの若い女性(英語を少し話す)は最悪。客にとる態度ではない。持病の薬を冷蔵する必要があるが部屋に冷蔵庫がないため、予約時に薬の冷蔵と持ち運び時のための保冷剤の冷凍をメールで依頼し、フロントで対応可能との返事を受けたので、予約したが、その事が全くフロントで共有されておらず、冒頭で指摘したフロント女性は自分の仕事ではないと取り合わない。命に関わる事であり客に全く取り合わず、最終的にはレストラン担当の女性が預かってくれて事なきを得た。 このホテルは設備には投資しているが、人への投資をしていないと感じた。まともな教育がされていない。人の命に関わる事にも拘らず無責任な態度に終始した。
