1.0− Ich warte jetzt, obwohl ich schon vor 2,5 Wochen ausgecheckt habe und das Hotel mehrmals durch email und Anrufe kontaktiert habe, dass meine 927 Euro, storniert werden, die durch das Hotel auf meiner Mastercard/Paylife blockiert werden. Es wird behauptet, dass das am Kreditkarteninstitut liegt, aber das stimmt nicht, weil ich Paylife kontaktiert habe. Die haben mir mitgeteilt telefonisch, dass das Hotel einen Fehler gemacht hat und 927 Euro immer noch blockiert sind. Toll, weil ich durch die hohe Summe nun keine anderen Zahlungen mehr tätigen kann.

9.0"Ein wirklich großartiger Aufenthalt mit exzellenten Service im Steigenberger Hotel in Hamburg! Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das Personal unglaublich freundlich und die zentrale Lage des Hotels macht es zu einem perfekten Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Absolut empfehlenswert!"
