10.0L'emplacement était parfait (et juste en face d'un parc avec jeux pour enfants - un must en famille). Le personnel était très professionnel, l'hotel super propre et luxueux. La chambre était immense et très confortable.

10.0Our stay at the Curio Collection in Bogotá was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the phenomenal service at the front desk. Kelly and Ivan set the absolute standard for world-class hospitality. They were incredibly helpful with every request, effortlessly accommodating late checkouts, resolving key card issues in a flash, and handling every situation with grace and efficiency. Beyond their stellar professionalism, their genuine empathy and kindness toward my pregnant wife made us feel completely cared for and at home. If you are visiting Bogotá, this hotel is wonderful, but the team—especially Kelly and Ivan—makes it truly special. We cannot recommend them highly enough!
