Disappointing Stay and Unfair Policies
2.0The employee Vicent Urbain was very kind on my last day at the hotel.
− They handed over my two rooms 46 minutes late. I think he was a supervisor. He told me he couldn't hand over the room because, apparently, it didn't match my ID—even though I had my purchase receipt. and then he told me my room wasn't ready. And then he told me they couldn't store my bags, even though other guests were storing theirs in the storage room. And supposedly they were two double beds; they looked like single beds. and didn't give me the parking ticket required to enter and exit with the vehicle without paying extra. If I were to arrive an hour early to check in, it would cost $30 plus tax. But what happens if the hotel room isn't ready for me until 46 minutes late? Would I get a refund of more than $30 x2? Because that would only be fair. My check-in was supposed to be at 3 PM.

9.0L’emplacement, le confort de la literie et le calme. Hôtel très agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Feu de cheminée dans le hall d’entrée particulièrement appréciable avec le froid qu’il fait à l’extérieur.

− Breakfast was disappointing but there are many options in the area.
Good for the price
7.0Good position to visit San Francisco, spacious breakfast room, room was clean. The digital check in is a good idea, fast and simple.
− Elevator very slow
Nice central location. Female worker was very kind and helpful. The male was very stressed during busy times.
6.0Central location to all shops
− First room smelled like a mixture of cleaner and poop. They transferred us rooms and an hour later rebooked it. We realized the next morning that we left one of our cases in the room and they told us housekeeping didn’t see anything but we knew it was in there. I doubt house leaning cleaned a poop smell and the room and rebooked it in under an hour. Till is till night time 5-6pm to finally get our stuff back cause the person in the room saw the case and allowed housekeeping to grab it for us. The entire day was so stressful for us
