Wonderful restaurant staff and food but disappointing accommodation.
7.0Breakfast and evening light meal were excellent. Staff in restaurant were exceptional.
− My original room hadn't been checked thoroughly - there was a pair of dirty socks in a cupboard, the shower wash container was empty and then the shower head popped off while I was showering leaving me to shower with the hose. I was given a much better room after mentioning the shower issue to reception. I had to pack up my belongings and store them during the day until the alternative room was ready. Staff were polite through all this but I felt they could have been a bit more apologetic for my inconvenience. The hotel room and corridors although very "cool" were a bit scuffed - paintwork, carpet, tile grouting. Also it's a bit disappointing to have lovely Nespresso coffee but only a sachet of granular "creamer". Long life milk would be preferable. Shampoo would have been handy and it was annoying to have body lotion within the shower area rather than outwith.

Excellent location ! Great breakfast and decent rooms .
7.0Excellent location ! Room assigned on day 1 was very noisy it was facing the street . On request was moved ti different floor , new room was good but missed the bathtub and had a non working phone which they were not able to fix . Breakfast was excellent !
