Boa localização, mas não vale o que custa
4.0A estrutura padrão do ibis. A localização é boa. A partir do hotel é possível acessar os principais pontos turísticos a pé.
− Despreparo da equipe: Logo no check-in, informei meu interesse em pagar a estadia em dinheiro. O recepcionista garantiu que não haveria problema e que o valor total poderia ser quitado ao final. No entanto, enquanto nosso quarto era limpo e saímos para passear, fomos surpreendidos ao retornar: outro atendente exigiu o pagamento imediato de metade das diárias para podermos entrar. Efetuamos o pagamento na hora. No meio da estadia, fomos abordados de forma bastante constrangedora cobrando o pagamento do restante, o qual quitamos imediatamente. Não nos pediram cartão de crédito como garantia no check-in e se tivessem solicitado o pagamento antecipado desde o início, teríamos feito sem problemas. Ficou evidente a falta de preparo e o desalinhamento da recepção, repassando o erro interno e o constrangimento diretamente para nós, sem prestar nenhum esclarecimento. Quarto inicial e risco de janela interna: O primeiro quarto oferecido tinha a janela voltada para a escada de emergência. Aparentemente, todos os andares possuem esse tipo de quarto sem vista para a rua. Se soubesse desse risco, jamais teria reservado (ainda mais pagando uma diária superior a 250 euros). Só conseguimos a troca após muito esforço e insistência, exclusivamente porque integramos o programa de fidelidade da rede (Accor). A área do café da manhã fica localizada no subsolo, sem iluminação natural ou ventilação externa. Mesmo durante um período de calor extremo em Madrid, o ar-condicionado permaneceu desligado nos dois primeiros dias, tornando o ambiente desconfortável. O sistema só foi ligado após reclamação expressa.
