An overpriced hotel. The location is fantastic.
6.0Hotel needs to use fresh eggs for omelet or scrambled format. Also do not peel boiled eggs, serve them hot with the peel on. We had to use the microwave outside the breakfast room to heat frozen boiled egg. Please provide microwave inside dining room on Floor 33. Variety in the breakfast menu needs to improve. There was only one flavor of Bagels every day. We spent five nights at the hotel.
− Check-in needs to improve. You need more staff especially in the evening. I had done my booking through Booking.com. Sheraton offers a discounted price from its regular rate for direct Sheraton booking. At checkout, I was given an inflated bill using direct booking hotel rate. Brandon Grant,the Manager at the check-out counter was most obstinate and unhelpful. He kept asking me to show him proof of rate provided to me by booking.com. The hotel should have that information, It took us one hour to check out. Mannerisms of Brandon were rude, disrespectful and his attitude was very unhelpful. Brandon Grant needs to be fired.

3.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Auch das Fitnessstudio ist für ein Hotel besser als durchschnittlich.
− Das Zimmer war leider nicht sauber. Im Bad befanden sich Haare und in der Dusche lag sogar noch Plastikmüll. Der Service war insgesamt miserabel. Der Checkin hat viel zu lang gedauert. Ansonsten war an der Rezeption immer eine lange Warteschlange und die meisten Bediensteten haben sich nicht für Anliegen interessiert. Außerdem wurde zu viel Geld von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht.
