− Il personale, molto freddo ; la camera con la moquette Vecchia e sporca ,le lenzuola strappate e i bagni si vedeva benissimo che non venivano puliti! All’arrivo ci hanno fatto aspettare cinquanta minuti perché la nostra camera alle 15:00 era ancora occupata e dietro mie pressioni hanno preparato unaltra camera! Sicuramente non ho vissuto la stessa esperienza dello Sheraton di Roma!
The hotel is lovely - the risotto from Italian restaurant was horrible.
4.0Steam room and sauna were fantastic. Rooms were nice and large.
− The Italian restaurant. I got the risotto, it was by far the worst risotto I’ve ever had. Tasted like uncooked rice and the black ink was too much. Was extremely disappointed especially considering all the other restaurants I went to in Warsaw.
