3.0Room was neatly clean. Bed very comfortbale.
− Electric door handel getting stuck to unclock and hard to open the door without shoving a shoulder to prye force to open the room door. Upstairs neighbors rude banging material keeping me up from sleep. Never again I'll stay at this location.

2.0− Bathrooms were discussing, tub would not drain properly, there was no breakfast. No body went to clean the rooms. The toilet seat was just very warned out. The area felt very unsafe, making us not want to leave our belongings in the room.
Very dissappointing.
2.0− The soap was empty in both the sink area and the tub. There was no phone to call the front desk. The floor had leaves and debris everywhere. There was no alarm clock.
