10.0★★★★★ Great Stay with Outstanding Service I had an excellent stay at the InterContinental São Paulo and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The highlight of my stay was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and the hotel check-in process was smooth, efficient, and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was easily one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. Dinner, however, didn't quite meet the same standard. While it was enjoyable, it wasn't nearly as memorable as the breakfast experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. While everything was well maintained, the rooms could benefit from a light refresh to give them a more modern feel. The fitness center was another highlight. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a good workout. My only suggestion is to simplify the gym check-in process. It felt a bit unusual and more complicated than necessary compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Overall, I had a great experience. Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and an outstanding breakfast made this a stay I'd gladly repeat the next time I'm in São Paulo.
