1.0− My stay was great until I was ripped off. When I checked in, they charged me 200 euros as a deposit. During my stay at the hotel, they regularly charged me fees. When I decided to extend my stay by one night, they charged me 310 euros. I paid, and when I checked out, they gave me a receipt stating that I owed 550 euros. The bill included amounts that had already been charged to my card, as well as the cost of the night I had already paid for—but that night cost 242 euros, not 310 euros. So, over the entire duration of my stay, 791.45 euros were charged to my card, and on top of that, they forced me to pay 544.55 euros upon check-out. There’s no other way to describe this except as robbery, because if you take money from my card and then I also pay in cash, you have to refund all the money that was charged to my card.
