− Extortionate parking prices Requested inter-connecting rooms or side-by-side well in advance, got neither Staff took forever at check-in, speaking in Italian to each other so we had no idea why it was taking so long King size room had a single bed in it, didn’t request this so it shouldn’t be there! One bottle of water (small) in room complementary, for two people! We wouldn’t return
