− Roof shower head dripped cold water on u while using normal shower, staff had to be asked to come back and do rubbish and replace shower gel, paper thin walls could hear everything neighbours said. Asked for room change was told they’ll get back to me and they never did Pool area was great but pool way to shallow for adults to have a swim ? Over $3k Nz dollars for 4 nights in the middle if the week would have expected a better experience

7.0We experience a great reception and check-in experience with excellent Ground & first floors setting, awesome roof top pool when you get it to yourself and we enjoyed the dinner, bar and breakfast settings and food.
− The room is showing ageing signs. overall cleanliness did not meet our expectation, the ageing does present challenging for cleaning and particularly the bathroom area.
