8.0Great location, wonderful views. The staff were friendly and helpful. Price not bad for the Chicago loop.
− We stayed 8 days in this hotel. The room itself wasn’t too comfortable. The bed was great. The chairs were uncomfortable. The closet was really small and awkward. The lighting was poor. I think if you’re there for a long weekend these things wouldn’t bother you.
Location, location.
8.0Amazing location and views from the river facing rooms. The room was spacious and the bathrooms were large.
− Shows its age especially corridors and creaking doors. Can hear the sound from other rooms a little. The Hoyt restaurant service and food was below par.

10.0The staff was excellent. We had a guest that broke her foot while we were walking to the hotel and the staff helped us find a wheelchair to rent. They were very accommodating and really made the trip a great experience. Arturo was awesome and we were hoping to thank him personally when we left but we missed him
