A professional and comfortable stay
8.0The room was large with a comfortable bed, ample storage and tidy decor. The shower temperature was good and air conditioning was effective. There were plenty of plug sockets including USB-C. The swimming pool was a decent size for a hotel pool and the correct temperature. The hot tub was a great feature. It was also useful to have a large changing/shower room near the pool area. Staff on the most part were very helpful, pleasant and professional. Overall I was happy with my stay and would be glad to stay again.
− The check-in experience felt rather rude although this may not have been intentional. The lady serving barely said a word to me, explained nothing and pointed towards the card reader with no detail as to what I was paying for. I didn't feel especially welcome. Being generous, this may have been misinterpreted by me and I didn't experience this from any other members of staff. The on site bar was fine but did have some inconvenient opening hours. The lifts are a little slow if being picky.
