Disappointed stay
6.0I’ve stayed at hotels in the Melia chain many times, but this was the first time I’ve been disappointed. On the plus side, the service was very professional and the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately, the spa area is appalling for a 5-star hotel. I certainly wouldn’t recommend it for a romantic getaway. Children running about and having to wear a swimming cap in the hotel’s jacuzzi really put you off, especially as you have to book an hour-long session in advance via WhatsApp. The hotel’s location is nothing to write home about, and the quality of the en-suite bathrooms, for a 5-star hotel, fell short of expectations. The worst Melia hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to stay in.
