5.0The bed is very comfortable, and the room is clean.
− There’s no water in the room. At the reception, they treat you like you’re some homeless person off the street. They don’t speak very friendly, they refused to exchange money, and I had nothing to pay the taxi with. To all requests, and when I mentioned that 'you’re not speaking to me very well,' they were only ready to continue having a negative conversation with me. This really upset me. For breakfast, they give you a menu to choose from. Choosing the standard breakfast, the sausage was somehow sweet.

9.0The champagne greeting upon our late arrival was great, as was the quality of food in the bar and restaurant.
− The price increase on Monday of $500 a night was a bit unreal for me, but I’ve determined that was normal for this city.
