Good location but in need of update
6.0Good location for visiting different sites, just next to metro station. Personnel was happy & helpful.
− Rooms were already run down and in urgent need of proper upgrade. Bed sofa in horrible condition, even for small kids.
Perfect location for visiting downtown Montreal
9.0Room was a good size, bed was comfortable. We arrived a little early but room was ready so we could check in right away. Breakfast options were reasonable and most days there were cookies in foyer during the afternoon. Cold water always available at the front foyer. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for walking to shopping, Mont Royal, Bell Centre and restaurants. Good security in that you needed to use room key to access elevator.

− Le petit déjeuner est malheureusement assez pauvre et au vu du prix c'est bien dommage. De plus la salle est petite et il faut faire la queue pour avoir des oeufs brouillés assez médiocres. De plus, les tailles des lits indiquées est fausses. En effet, nous avions une réservation pour un lit queen size mais c'était en réalité un lit de 140cm. Merci au personnel de nous avoir tout de même changer de chambre.
