− all except some individuals,Dear Hotel Team, I am following up about my wife’s new sleepwear set (matching top and pants), which went missing from our room on Sunday morning or afternoon. She wore it only once, on Saturday night. We searched the room, bathroom, and laundry area, but we could not find it. A hotel staff member also came and searched under the bed, but unfortunately it was not found. We are wondering if the cleaner who cleaned our room on Sunday may have seen the sleepwear or knows where it was placed. Could you please check with the cleaner and ask if they remember seeing or moving it? We would really appreciate your help in finding it, as it is brand new and my wife had only worn it once. Thank you very much for your assistance. Kind regards,

− On two occasions my room did not receive a cleaning service. The air con was faulty and had to be reset. I am still awaiting a refund of the deposit paid at the beginning of my stay for incidental charges - it has been 3 days since I have left the hotel - this is not acceptable.

4.0Pool: What a bad choice this hotel was. They advertised a rooftop pool which is the main reason we chose to stay here as we were traveling with kids (6 &7). Come to find out the pool only allows children there from 9a-1p, then you must be 21+ anytime after that. We went to the pool on day one, and it didn't open until noon due to "chemical imbalance". If your pool hours start at 9am, you don't wait until last minute to check the levels. They also didn't update anyone and gave no information as to when it may be ready. We spoke with the front desk and they are not affiliated with the pool and restaurant so they were of no help. Day two we got there right at 9, and they opened at 9:30. There's lounge chairs but every single one was reserved and unavailable when we arrived at opening. There is almost no shade either. No umbrella tables. They allow guests from all over to use the pool by purchasing a 4 hour pool pass and they seemed to take all the chairs. Hotel guests should have option to get a chair. Room: Upon arrival, the first thing we noticed in the bathroom was a filthy toilet. The area was so large and obvious (appeared to be large area of dried blood or stool), it made us think there waa no possible way it was cleaned, because it couldnt be missed. That made us uncomfortable with remainder of the room and how dirty it was. The refrigerator was broken so they brought up another one and put it in the corner of the room. Area: Not the safest area to walk with children. Busy road and trash everywhere
