Comfortable enough for 3 nites. Felt safe. Subway line G is steps away & connects to L to Manhattan

− Room wasn’t ready when I arrived after check in time. The staff said they’d call but they did not. I had to go back and ask again after 1-1/2hours. My room was not cleaned until I was away at dinner despite being out all day. One set of elevators doesn’t work

Served the purpose of a large room for the price we paid.
8.0The room was spacious and the balcony was a luxury in NYC Everything one wants to do is around Bedford St that is a good 15 min walk or a subway ride to the next station. Grocery store is across. We were here during the US open and the whole of Manhattan seemed to be sold out with exorbitant prices. This was a good find amongst that. The parks are walkable 20 mins away.
− The hotel though connected by subway right outside is still not in an exciting location. No views from the room with Balcony. Not the most exciting part of Brooklyn.
