Location was great but the staff at the front desk were not pleasent.

− On arrival at check-in the staff informed us that breakfast was included with our stay which we didn’t expect and were pleasantly surprised. After enjoying the breakfast for our 5 days at Hotel Busby at check-out a different staff member proceeded to inform us that breakfast was not included and we were forced to pay. We explained that at check-in we were told breakfast was included and if it wasn’t we would have gone elsewhere. The staff at check-out were very rude and not understanding. After such a nice time in Nice it was disappointing that our trip had to end like that.
